HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE?
You must notify it by mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order reference (Ex: TUIMGHOEF) name, telephone number and reason for the return.
We will not accept changes without prior notification.

Each order has ONE free size change. The following changes to the same order will be borne by the customer.
In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and keeping the original packaging. It is only possible to process changes or returns of products purchased in the online store.

For purchases in Spain in periods such as: Christmas or Black Friday . We will extend the date of changes until January 8 of the corresponding year to make the change with collection at your home for free . Once this period has elapsed, you can make the exchange by paying for the transport with a period of 15 days, being able to choose the courier agency you want, if it is by national post, we will only accept shipments if they are certified or delivered to our de otherwise, post office will deliver it to the sender.
ISLANDS / CEUTA / MELILLA:
Request the return label by mail to email@example.com; go to the post office to have it sent to us for free.
Once we receive your return, we will contact you within a maximum period of 15 days to confirm the voucher / exchange.
REST OF THE COUNTRIES:
The cost of the return is borne by the customer, being able to choose the courier agency they want.
The return period is 30 days that will count from the day the order is delivered.

Products must be returned:
- In its original form, together with any accessory related to them, and cannot be used, washed or damaged.
- With its original labels.
