In order for us to approve a return, the items must be in perfect condition, with the exterior and interior labels and keep the original packaging. After that date, the client will have 15 days additional costs to make a change, in this case all shipping costs would be borne by you. If the courier is national mail, we will only accept certified shipments or shipments that are delivered to our facilities, otherwise the mail will return it to the sender. The cost of the return and any expenses derived from it are borne by the client, being able to choose the courier agency of their choice. The return period is 30 days that will count from the day the order is delivered.
