WHEN WILL I RECIeVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped via Certified Mail, except for urgent orders that are made through TourLine.

ORDERS FOR SPAIN

The approx. time is:

  • 24 hours emergency service. (This is only applicable for Spain and during working days)
  • Peninsula (standard service). The order will be sent 24 hours after the purchase and you will receive it within 2 to 3 working days (except weekends). If your purchase was made on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be sent on Monday.
  • Canary and Balearic Islands. Aprox. 3 to 5 working days.

If you want to receive your purchase the next day (urgent service) (only if you live in Spain) you will have to pay a small amount of 7 € extra.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

If you make a purchase of 44.99 € or superior the shipping will be free of charge. If it is lower than € 44.99, the shipping cost will be € 3.99. (Only for Spain).

For urgent delivery the shipping cost will be € 7. (Only for Spain).

Once the order is placed, we will send you an email with the confirmation so that you know that everything is ok. You will receive another email when the package leaves MUMY.

ORDERS OUTSIDE SPAIN

or orders outside of Spain, (EUROPE, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA) the shipping cost will be € 10 if you live in Europe and € 15 for the rest of the world. The goods will be shipped by registered mail with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 working days. Orders Exceeding € 200 will be free of shipping cost. 

We recommend you to use an address where someone can receive the package in person and during working hours. If the package couldn't be delivered after two attempts, the parcel service will charge an additional fee.

MUMY ROOM is not responsible for the customs costs (DUA) insular (Canarias) or outside the European Community.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Instructions for making a change of size or a return

  • Our change and return policy is very simple: if you do not like the shirt or it's not your size, you give it back us.
  • Put the garment back in the package and write on the purchase receipt what do you prefer: a change or a voucher. And send it by Certified Mail to Calle Augusto Figueroa, 22. CP: 28004, Madrid.
  • You can also send an email to tienda@mumyroom.com explaining the reasons for the change.
  • You have 10 calendar days to make the return or change, counting from the date of receipt of the order.
  • You can change the clothes only twice. The shipping costs are not included. We do not refund the money except for defective items.
  • During the sales periods, when you want to make a change, the price that will be taken into account is the same that was paid at the time of purchase. That is, if the customer has made a purchase, for example, a week before the sales and wants to change the product during a period of sales, we will respect the original purchase price.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Shipping costs from your home to us are on your own (we assume the cost of sending you the new clothes, but only once). We recommend Certified Mail because it is the cheapest shipping mode.

MUMY room does not refund the money, we will send you a voucher to your mail without an expiration date which you can use both on our website or in our store.
